We are finally seeing some summer weather, and with that comes all of the great local produce that we have been patiently waiting for! Local strawberries are in full swing now. Asparagus has had a great season so far, if you haven't had some yet there is still time, but the season is winding down now.
We are very excited to announce that we have found a new local supplier for bison products. The Black Powder Bison Company located in Elora is now supplying us with various bison options! We are also ramping up the different chicken options available.
